Westpac commissioned to create an animated instructional User Guide to be used across the country for staff to follow when using systems.

Began from ideation and conception of how to approach most simply. Created the koala character to be a guide through the systems as previous guides were causing confusing, instructions and screens were provided by the client, and all frames went through vigorous back and forth to ensure all details were correct.

Two videos were made, mobile and Desktop versions, all illustrations of each still frame were my responsibility, and I worked in collaboration with animators to bring them to life. Due to confidential information and systems, only some stills without sensitive information can be showcased.
